$45, cash or money order at the door.

Our Mission
Kootenai County Substance Abuse Council (KCSAC) is to reduce substance abuse among youth, and in turn, adults in Kootenai County.

Kootenai County Substance Abuse Council was formed around 1985 as a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. The council consists of Law Enforcement officers, Court appointed officers, business owners and concerned citizens.
